Founder of the RISD Taxidermy Club

2023-2025

As I have been self- learngin taxidermy as hobby and persueing my passion in understand life mechanism, I had an idea that there might be other people intersted in my school. I founded the RISD Taxidermy Club, with co-founders from furniture and printmaking deparmtnet. We worked together to organize lectures, events and workshops to educate people with natural history , ecology, anaotmy, biology and form a tightly bonded community devoted to the study of life.

The most active club in 2024

We organized 10 different events throut the year and has been intervaiew by the RISD alumini magzine. We also has been the only taxidemry club in the east coast collage. From scratch, we have gathered people from all practice major including illsutratoin, scultpreu, fill and animation, painting, and design to stay curious, leanring and exploring natural sceince together.
